An early achiever, you never see Shyam Salvi on the screens of Television as undeniably the man behind the Engineering & News Automation, System Integration and successful Technical Operation of many Television channels.
Being The youngest System Integrator in India, Shyam Salvi has technically managed many News Channels. His precision, diligence and vast expertise in the field have made him overcome many technological and conventional limitations to reach a position which marks his stand.
Undoubtedly it is his professionalism and continuous perseverance, that made him one of the most innovative and dynamic Technocrat of any kind of Television Channels. He also has the credit for introducing technologies to News and Current affairs channels, LIVE News Channels.
After graduating in B.Sc. and B.Sc. (Tech) from the University of Bombay, Mr. Salvi started his career as a Service Engineer in Telerad (Authorized Dealer of Sony Broadcast Equipment s) in 1996 and then later joined Praman India and underwent a technical training in Quantel UK on all products. In 1999 he joined UTV Delhi, as Technical in-charge. What came as a breakthrough was the offer to Install and manage the Engineering Unit of STAR NEWS Delhi autonomously.
Among all achievements, the Design and System Integration of India's first 24 Hours NCR (National Capital Region) News channel, OB Van of Total TV which worked out to be highly proficient and economical, the successful operation of this OB VAN has added monetary and functional boost to the organisation successfully .
Since then there is no looking back, went ahead with Designing and System integration of various news channel Viz. NAXATRA NEWS (Orrisa), SADHNA NEWS (Madhya Pradesh & Chattisgarh), SADHNA NEWS (Bihar & Jharkhand), AZAD NEWS (National News Cannel), MH1 NEWS (National News Channel),Technical consultant of UAPL Unitech Amusement Park, A Turner Asia Entertainment Venture, Rohini Delhi, KOLKATA TV (West Bengal News Channel), SADHNA NEWS (Uttarakhand), Re-Integration of Maurya TV (Patna), Aryan TV (Patna) and Successfully Designed and System Integrated India's First HIGH DEFINATION National News Channel NEWS EXPRESS. Mr. Salvi visualise Revolutionary changes in broadcasting scenario in India including System Integration of 3D Video Production, HD Channels ,IPTV, DTH, DSNG ,FM Stations and Teleport.
